You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service, including knowledge bases, scripts, and customer data. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store it solely for providing the Service.
Responses generated by our AI agents are provided for your business use. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before it is sent to your customers.

Agent Dilu is built on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. By using the Service, you agree to comply with Meta's policies and the requirements below. Failure to comply may result in message rejection, reduced messaging limits, account suspension, or termination of your Agent Dilu account.

When a customer sends you a message:
Business-initiated messages must use Meta-approved templates. Examples include appointment reminders, order confirmations, shipping updates, OTPs, payment reminders, and promotional campaigns (where permitted). Templates are reviewed by Meta before they can be used.

Violations can lead to message rejection or account suspension.
Meta monitors block rate, report rate, customer complaints, and response quality. Repeated unwanted messaging may result in a lower quality rating, reduced messaging limits, temporary restrictions, or a permanent ban.
Every phone number receives a quality rating: High, Medium, or Low. If your quality drops, messaging limits may be reduced and your account may eventually be disabled if issues continue.
Many features require a Meta Business Account, business verification, display name approval, and verified business information.
You must comply with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR where applicable), protect customer data, use customer information only for the stated business purpose, and provide a privacy policy.
WhatsApp Business Platform uses Meta's pricing model, which has evolved over time. Charges depend on the current pricing rules, message types, and region. Refer to Meta's official pricing documentation for the latest details.
You may use AI-powered customer service agents for customer support, FAQs, product recommendations, appointment booking, lead qualification, order tracking, and business automation. Meta distinguishes between business-focused automation and general-purpose AI assistants. Business-specific AI use cases remain supported; general-purpose AI assistants are subject to additional restrictions under the platform terms.

The Service relies on third-party services including Meta's WhatsApp Business API. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or policies of third-party service providers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
